TWO Dachshund Litters Born Overnight!

Amazingly enough we had two litters last night! That was unexpected as, Gracie was due 3 days from now. I guess she was jealous of all the attention Dukie was getting.

So Dukie had two puppies total. A little boy and girl dachshund. They’re actually pretty big for the size of her. She finished having the puppies before midnight.

At around 2:30am Gracie started whining loudly. She’s done this in past litters a few days before she is due. In any case, Heather got up and checked on her - realizing that this time she actually was ready!

Heather ended up delivering 4 baby girl dachshunds this morning from Gracie! She had 2 chocolate pups and 2 black and tans.
